Average Australian live ticket price hits record A$206.17 in 2025

The average price paid for a live performance ticket in Australia rose 14.1% to A$206.17 in 2025, the highest figure Live Performance Australia has recorded. The industry body's annual report, released 20 October 2026, says this only partly offset rising costs, with 2025 headline inflation, the general rise in prices across the economy, at 3.8%.
