South Korea to withdraw more embassy staff from Ukraine after POW dispute
South Korea's Foreign Ministry said Oct. 20 it will withdraw additional embassy personnel from Ukraine, citing Ukraine's lack of "constructive response" in a dispute over North Korean prisoners of war. Seoul says Kyiv should have kept confidential the transfer of two captured North Korean soldiers to protect their families. Consular staff will remain in Kyiv.
