Black Music Action Coalition warns restructuring must not erase diversity progress

The Black Music Action Coalition warned music industry restructuring must not erase diversity gains, in a statement reported by Billboard on Oct. 19. It said 'restructuring should not erase decades of profitable progress or come at the cost of dignity and institutional knowledge.' It added: 'A diverse workplace is a profitable business strategy, not charity.'
