Milan police detain 271 youths after looting and fires

Italian police detained 271 young people in central Milan on Sunday after several hundred hooded protesters looted stores and set bins on fire. Officers in riot gear used tear gas and water cannon. Of those taken to stations, 32 were arrested. Luxury shops closed fearing more unrest. It was the second day of clashes.
