Tenstorrent raises $1.5B at $6.2B valuation

Tenstorrent said October 19, 2026 it raised $1.5 billion in Series E funding, valuing the company at $6.2 billion after the investment. That is more than double its $2.6 billion valuation in late 2024. Trace Capital and Innovation X led the round, with Fidelity, T. Rowe Price, Eclipse, Cadence Ventures and SanDisk participating.
