Israeli police detain 10 Israelis in rare West Bank raid

Israeli police said they detained 10 Israelis at dawn on October 19 in the occupied West Bank — Palestinian territory under Israeli military control — over weekend attacks on foreigners and building an unauthorized settlement outpost.
