Dua Lipa urges judge to reject Samsung bid to dismiss $15m TV-box lawsuit

Dua Lipa urged a federal judge to reject Samsung's bid to dismiss her $15 million lawsuit over her photograph on TV boxes. Her lawyers filed a 30-page response on October 15 in the Central District of California, calling the use "theft". She sued on May 8, claiming she owns copyright in the image and seeking damages and a permanent ban.
