HelloFresh workers allege manager used baseball bat to police bathroom breaks

Temporary workers at HelloFresh's Newark, New Jersey facility allege in a class-action lawsuit, a case filed for a group, that a manager menaced Hispanic workers with a baseball bat to cut bathroom time, causing several to urinate on themselves. HelloFresh denies all allegations. A judge reviews the claim on 23 October.
