US sues REPS broker over alleged ticket-limit bypass

The US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission sued San Diego-based REPS & Company and three executives on 15 October, alleging they bypassed purchase limits to stockpile tickets for resale. The complaint, filed in the Southern District of California under the FTC Act and BOTS Act, names CEO Ryan Pancheri, President Brian Archibald and COO Nicholas Totagrande.
