Rubio to meet Jaishankar in Mumbai, skipping New Delhi

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is scheduled to meet Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar in Mumbai on Monday, without stopping in New Delhi. U.S. Ambassador Sergio Gor confirmed Rubio is skipping the capital. Opposition leaders called the arrangement humiliating. India's government has defended holding the meeting in Mumbai.
