Musée de Montmartre opens circus show with Léger loan

The Musée de Montmartre in Paris opens 'The Circus: a Factory of Modern Art' on 16 October, running to 14 February 2027, the museum says. Fernand Léger's Le Cirque Medrano (1918), on loan from the Centre Pompidou in Paris, will be shown alongside paintings, sculptures, posters and clown costumes, The Art Newspaper reports.
