Acquired UK printers' £127m sales nearly double GV Group's size

CPI Books and CPI Antony Rowe, acquired by Italy's GV Group, have combined annual sales of £127 million and produce more than 100 million books a year, according to Publishers Marketplace. That volume comes close to doubling the buyer's size. The price was not disclosed.
