YouTube in talks to offer licensed audiobooks via Premium, Journal reports

YouTube has held talks with publishers about licensed audiobooks, meaning books carried with permission, for its Premium paid tier, the Wall Street Journal reported. A launch next year is possible. No deals or publishers named. Display and whether individual books carry a separate charge remain unclear.
