Galderma to buy ZO Skin Health for $1.5 billion cash

Galderma has signed a $1.5 billion, all-cash deal to buy all of medical-grade skincare maker ZO Skin Health, the Swiss skincare group said. That $1.5 billion is enterprise value — the headline price before adjusting for debt and cash. The agreement is signed but hasn't closed yet.
