Galderma agrees to pay $1.5 billion cash for ZO skincare

Swiss skincare company Galderma has signed a deal to buy all of ZO Skin Health, which makes skincare sold through doctors, for $1.5 billion in cash, Galderma said. That is the sticker price before accounting for debt and cash. Signed means agreed, but the sale isn't finished yet.
