Galderma agrees to buy ZO Skin Health for $1.5 billion cash

Swiss skincare group Galderma has signed a deal to buy 100% of medical-grade skincare maker ZO Skin Health for $1.5 billion enterprise value, in all cash, Galderma said. Enterprise value means the price for the business before debt and cash adjustments. The deal is signed, not yet closed.
