Warner sues Luxottica over 427 songs in social posts

Warner Music Group sued Luxottica on 9 October in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging at least 427 Warner-controlled works were used without a licence in branded social media posts. The complaint, reported by Music Business Worldwide, names Luxottica Group and five affiliates and alleges repeated unlicensed, unpaid use.
