National and Labour in the 20s, Opportunity holds balance of power

National and Labour both polled in the 20s in a poll reported by RNZ on 5 October. The Opportunity Party would hold the balance of power. Under MMP, New Zealand's voting system, a party needs at least 5 percent of the vote or to win an electorate to get into Parliament.
