National and Labour in the 20s, Opportunity Party holds balance in 5 October poll

A poll reported by RNZ on 5 October put National and Labour both in the 20s, with the Opportunity Party holding the balance of power. RNZ notes that under MMP, a party must win at least 5 percent or an electorate seat to enter Parliament.
