
200-Year-Old 'Grandmother' Tree Felled for Trump Border Wall
A contractor, Fisher Sand & Gravel, used an excavator — a large digging machine — to topple the 200-year-old 'grandmother' cottonwood near Lochiel, Arizona. It was the last of four trees cleared to make room for two 30-foot walls in the San Rafael valley on the U.S.-Mexico border.
