A building company, Fisher Sand & Gravel, used a big digging machine to knock down a 200-year-old cottonwood tree called 'grandmother' near Lochiel, Arizona. It was the last of four trees removed to clear space for two 30-foot-high walls in the San Rafael valley along the border between the U.S. and Mexico.
