National pledges $300m loans for water storage if re-elected

National says a re-elected National Government would provide $300 million in concessional loans to build agricultural water storage, starting with five prioritised projects. The commitment, attributed to Todd McClay and Mike Butterick, says securing water and fertiliser would be a priority.
