Judge keeps Holocaust references in Ye copyright lawsuit

On Oct. 8, Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha denied Ye's bid to remove Holocaust and antisemitism references from Alice Merton's copyright suit. The German singer-songwriter alleges Ye's 2024 track 'Gun to My Head' used her song 'Blindside' without permission. The judge ruled the material was not unduly prejudicial and could explain why she refused clearance.
