Rembrandt edits photos with on-device word list

Rembrandt lets users edit photos with typed commands processed entirely on the device, according to its GitHub listing. Instead of a language model, it matches input against a built-in, limited word list inside the app, so edits happen locally without sending data for cloud processing.
