Two Latvian nationals detained over RAF base fence breach

Two Latvian men, ages 36 and 32, were arrested after a fence was breached at a Royal Air Force (RAF) base. The arrests were reported 8 October 2026. An arrest on suspicion does not mean guilt. Nationality does not establish motive, and investigators have not stated intent.
