Manchester City guilty of most of 115 Premier League charges

Manchester City were found guilty of the majority of 115 charges brought by the Premier League. The league's report said the club used "sham" contracts to disguise secret funding of more than £830m. City have publicly maintained their innocence and have launched an appeal, according to BBC Sport.
