Surface Laptop Ultra Runs 120B AI Models On Device

Microsoft's Surface Laptop Ultra uses NVIDIA's RTX Spark chip, with up to 128GB of unified memory, or memory shared across tasks, and up to one petaflop of FP4 AI compute. Microsoft says it runs frontier-class models, or top-tier AI, with 120 billion-plus parameters locally.
