Surface Laptop Ultra Uses RTX Spark to Run 120B-Parameter Models Locally

Microsoft's Surface Laptop Ultra uses NVIDIA's RTX Spark chip with up to 128GB of unified memory and up to one petaflop of FP4 AI compute. Microsoft says the configuration runs local frontier-class models with up to 120B+ parameters.
