David Silva comes out of retirement to join Sha Tin at 40

David Silva has come out of retirement to join Supreme Sha Tin. The 40-year-old signed a short-term deal with the newly promoted Hong Kong Premier League club, announced 7 October. The former Manchester City playmaker, a World Cup winner with Spain, retired in 2023 after a serious knee injury at Real Sociedad.
