PM accused of 'grey corruption' over golf grant

Constitutional expert Anne Twomey has accused Anthony Albanese of 'grey corruption' — legal but dodgy-looking favouritism — over a $6m grant to Marrickville Golf Club in his own seat of Grayndler. In a Senate inquiry submission she called the $560m invitation-only grants scheme a 'farce'. Albanese says he makes no apologies. But the guidelines were written after the promise.
