Apple TV Adds Immersive Dolby Atmos Sound to Live F1 in Austin

Apple TV will add Dolby Atmos, three-dimensional spatial sound, to its live Formula 1 coverage starting with the U.S. Grand Prix in Austin, Texas on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026. Built with Dolby Laboratories for supported devices, it joins existing 4K Dolby Vision high-resolution video and 5.1 surround sound under Apple's exclusive U.S. F1 rights.
