UK house prices stalled at £298,441 in September 2026, unchanged from August and last year, the Lloyds tracker — formerly Halifax HPI — reported 7 October. The result fell short of Reuters-polled analyst forecasts for 0.1% monthly and 0.2% yearly growth, after a 0.3% drop in August.
