UK home prices stood still in September 2026 at £298,441, the same as August and a year ago, price watcher Lloyds — once called Halifax — said 7 October. That was weaker than experts asked by Reuters had predicted — 0.1% up on the month and 0.2% on the year — after a 0.3% slip in August.
