Coalition admits migration plan wasn't fully costed

The Coalition admits its plan to cut net overseas migration (arrivals minus departures) to 100,000 a year for two years wasn't fully costed by the Parliamentary Budget Office, the independent costings umpire. Angus Taylor calls it 'budget neutral' and says they 'worked closely' with it. His office promises full figures before the next election. It declined to comment.
