Coalition concedes migration plan lacks full PBO costing

Coalition MPs have conceded its immigration plan to cut net overseas migration to 100,000 a year for two years was not fully costed by the Parliamentary Budget Office. Angus Taylor calls it "budget neutral" and says the Coalition "worked closely" with the PBO. His office says a full costing will come before the next election. The PBO declined to comment.
