Australia Probes Chinese Developer Behind Kmart Camera Glasses App

Australia’s privacy chief Carly Kind is investigating Shenzhen Qingcheng, the Chinese firm behind the HeyCyan app that connects to Kmart’s $89 Anko camera glasses. Kind acted after the company did not answer questions, pointing to outside technical reviews and its privacy policy. The attorney-general had asked for an assessment.
