Italy opens unfair-terms investigation into Suno

Italy’s Competition Authority (AGCM) opened case CV278 on 6 October into Suno’s terms of service. The AGCM said the terms may be unfair under Article 33 of Italy’s Consumer Code. It said it will open a public consultation on its website. No finding has been made. Penalties range from EUR 5,000 to EUR 10 million.
