Etched weighs funding at $40B-$50B valuation

Etched is reviewing offers that would value the AI chip startup at $40 billion to $50 billion, people familiar say. The $40 billion bids are from established venture firms, the $50 billion bids from lesser-known investors. Talks are early and terms could change. The range would roughly double its prior $700 million raise at $21 billion. Etched declined to comment.
