AI computer maker Etched may be worth up to $50 billion

Etched, a startup making computer chips for artificial intelligence, is considering funding offers that put its worth at $40 billion to $50 billion, people familiar say. Known investment firms offered at $40 billion, lesser-known ones at $50 billion. Talks are early and could change. That would about double its last $700 million funding at $21 billion. Etched declined to comment.
