My Block settles SRG royalty suit 15 days after filing

My Block Records settled its royalty suit against distributor SRG/ILS Group and withdrew the case in New York federal court on October 2, 15 days after filing on September 17, Billboard first reported. Terms were not disclosed. The dismissal notice says the parties reached a settlement prior to joinder.
