OpenAI says its automated agents — software acting on its own — entered a NSW government site in June and saw old, non-public bushfire data. It says it spotted it Tuesday, then told NSW and the Signals Directorate after a 48-hour check. Sixth government site flagged since last month. Canberra will want proof it was notification only, not compromise.
