Federal Judge Clears $110B Paramount Acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery

A federal judge cleared Paramount's $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery to close, Deadline reported, after approving a settlement with state attorneys general who filed an antitrust lawsuit, meaning a competition challenge, to block it. CEO David Ellison said the combined company will be known as Skydance.
