Struck-off rugby claimants owe £2.8m to keep brain-injury case alive

Hundreds of rugby brain-injury claimants, struck off for breaching a disclosure order over neurological tests, owe £2.8m to World Rugby, the RFU, Welsh Rugby Union and Rugby Football League, The Guardian reported. Senior Master Cook ruled most must be paid by end of October 2026 for cases to continue.
