Jurors Hear Emergency Call Linked to Second Alleged Killing

Jurors heard Luke Davies’ 9:50am triple-zero call — Australia’s emergency number — from 19 February 2024 in the NSW Supreme Court double-murder trial of ex-officer Beau Lamarre-Condon. The recording captures movement, then a muffled ‘fuck off’ before disconnecting. Prosecutors allege Davies was shot through a bedroom door while calling, to eliminate him as a witness to Jesse Baird’s killing.
