Flydubai Cockpit Stabbing Forced Saudi Emergency Diversion

One pilot stabbed another in the cockpit of a Sept. 30 flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv. It plunged thousands of feet before crew and passengers stopped the co-pilot's bid to crash it. It diverted — an unplanned landing — to Saudi Arabia. Passengers later reached Israel on a replacement flight. Israel's premier said it was not a hijacking.
