Starz could go dark on Verizon Fios at midnight Wednesday

Starz could go dark on Verizon Fios at midnight ET Wednesday when its licensing distribution agreement, meaning the contract letting Fios carry Starz, expires, Variety reported 1 October. Starz said it negotiated in good faith; Verizon said talks continue and channels remain accessible. Starz warned a miss cuts channels, On Demand and app access.
