Housemate mistook leaking surfboard bags for rust, court hears

Jesse Baird's housemate, testifying as Belinda Smith, told the NSW Supreme Court she photographed red liquid around surfboard bags in their Paddington courtyard, thinking it was rusted water from furniture. She did not know the bags held Baird and Luke Davies. Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, denies murdering them on 19 February 2024.
