Manchester City found guilty of nine-year Premier League financial breaches

Manchester City have been found guilty of breaching Premier League financial rules over a nine-year period. The investigation followed Football Leaks disclosures in 2018 via Der Spiegel and a separate UEFA inquiry. City have until 2 October to submit an appeal.
