Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September” has re-entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 45 on the chart dated Oct. 3, according to Billboard. It last appeared on March 10, 1979, at No. 83. The Hot 100 blends US streams, sales and radio. The song peaked at No. 8 and has spent 18 weeks on the chart.
