ElevenLabs valued at $22 billion after $300 million tender offer

ElevenLabs announced on Sept. 30 a $22 billion valuation after existing investors and employees sold $300 million of stock. The tender offer, a sale of existing shares that raises no new cash for the company, was led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price, Billboard reported. The London-based AI audio company launched in 2022.
